Group Enrichment Area

Our group enrichment area is thoughtfully designed as a four-quadrant space, allowing children to engage in different types of learning, play, and connection throughout each session.

Social Skills Quadrant (pictured)
This photo highlights our Social Skills quadrant, a warm and inviting area where children practice communication, turn-taking, cooperation, and peer interaction in small groups. Portions of our social skills groups take place in this space, using play-based activities and shared materials to support authentic social connection in a calm, regulated environment.

Open Play Quadrant
The Open Play quadrant encourages creativity, imagination, and child-led exploration, supporting social initiation and flexible thinking.

Sensorial / STEM Quadrant
This quadrant offers hands-on sensory and STEM activities that promote curiosity, problem-solving, and collaborative exploration.

Skill Acquisition Quadrant
The Skill Acquisition quadrant provides opportunities to practice functional skills such as communication, fine motor tasks, and daily living skills, all embedded within meaningful routines.

Together, these quadrants allow children to move naturally between structured and unstructured experiences, supporting learning that is engaging, flexible, and relationship-based.

Sensory Room

Our sensory room is a thoughtfully designed space that supports regulation, body awareness, and emotional grounding. It offers children a safe environment to reset, explore sensory input, and build coping strategies in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

The room includes carefully selected materials that provide proprioceptive, vestibular, tactile, and visual input, allowing children to move, rest, or engage based on their individual needs. This space may be used for movement breaks, regulation support, or as part of structured sessions to help children return to a calm and ready state for learning and social engagement.

1:1 Therapy Rooms

Our 1:1 therapy rooms are designed to provide a calm, focused, and supportive environment for individualized instruction. These spaces allow children to work one-on-one with a clinician while still feeling comfortable, safe, and engaged.

Sessions in the 1:1 rooms focus on building skills such as communication, emotional regulation, daily living skills, and early learning foundations. Instruction is tailored to each child’s needs and interests and is embedded within play, routines, and meaningful interactions.

These rooms offer a balance of structure and flexibility, supporting learning without distraction while honoring each child’s pace and readiness.

Craft & Creative Studio

Our craft and creative studio is a welcoming, inclusive space for children, teens, and adults to engage in hands-on art and creative exploration. The room is used for a variety of workshops, including clay hand-building, felting, and other tactile art experiences that support creativity, self-expression, and skill development.

Activities are process-focused rather than product-driven, allowing participants of all ages to explore materials at their own pace. This space supports fine motor development, sensory regulation, and confidence-building while encouraging connection and shared creative experiences.

The craft studio is used for both group workshops and enrichment sessions, offering a calm, supportive environment where creativity and community can flourish.
