Mission
At Flourishing Hope, our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based support to neurodivergent children and their families through a unique blend of behavioral programming and holistic, nature-inspired practices. We work to meet clinical rigor with holistic approaches, creating a model of care that nurtures the whole child—mind, body, and spirit.

Flourishing Hope was created in response to a growing need. We saw a lack of accessible, integrative programs that offer both therapeutic support and enriching experiences for children. Our goal is to fill that gap with thoughtful, individualized services that help each child grow with confidence and joy.
Our approach combines the structure of individualized programming with the creativity of child-centered yoga, the calm of nature-based learning, and the power of connection. Rooted in kindness, respect, and collaboration, we strive to empower families and create spaces where children feel safe, seen, and celebrated—and where hope can truly flourish.
Meet The Founder

Hawraa Allami
Founder & CEO
Hawraa Allami is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New York State, deeply committed to helping neurodivergent children grow, connect, and flourish. She holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University in Boston, where she also completed an intensive behavioral practicum. Her academic foundation also includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from the University at Buffalo.
With experience supporting children ages 2 to 16 across schools, homes, clinics, and hospitals, Hawraa brings a warm, individualized approach to every child she serves. Beyond traditional behavior therapy, she integrates holistic modalities that nurture the whole child. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with a specialization in integrated yoga for neurodivergent children, and trained in forest school teaching through the Forest School Teacher Institute (FSTI).
Hawraa believes that when children are given the space to explore, move, breathe, and connect with nature, they begin to shine in their own unique way. Through therapeutic yoga, sensory-rich environments, and nature-based learning, she has seen children find joy, calm, confidence, and a deep sense of self. These integrative practices not only complement evidence-based ABA therapy, but often help unlock new pathways for communication, emotional regulation, and meaningful engagement.
Her mission is to create environments where children feel safe, seen, and inspired to flourish—where therapeutic progress is not only measurable, but deeply felt.
When she's not working with children and families, you’ll find Hawraa reading, hiking, spending time in nature, or creating pottery—personal passions that reflect the same values of presence, creativity, and connection she brings into her work.
