Getting Started
Our process to start treatment:
1. Free 30 minute Consultation:
Before we begin services, we like to meet our prospective clients to review our services, get to know about the child’s needs, and ensure that we are the best fit for your family.
2. Intake Application:
After inquiring about services, our team will email you an intake application.
3. Initial Assessment:
We will reach out to you to schedule an intake assessment. A BCBA will conduct this assessment.
4. Review of Treatment Recommendations:
Following the assessment, review outcomes of the assessment, the treatment plan, and recommended service hours and treatment goals.
5. Setting the Schedule
Our team will work with you to create a schedule based on your child's availability and recommended treatment hours.
6. Begin Treatment
Services will start with us getting to know your child. The first few of sessions will consist of playing, exploring your child's interests, and learning the finer points of how they communicate and what motivates them.
